1. Ordering & Payment
● Orders can be placed online for pick-up, delivery, or catering.
● Prices shown do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
● Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise pre-arranged (e.g., wholesale accounts).
2. Delivery & Pick-Up
● Delivery times are estimated based on volume, distance, and availability. While we aim to fulfill every order promptly, specific delivery times are not guaranteed.
● Please double-check that your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
● Front store orders must be canceled online at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
● Catering and large orders:
○ Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the order total.
○ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will only be partially refunded based on whether the kitchen can reasonably repurpose or resell the prepared items.
● Order concerns or issues: If there’s a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing products, or quality
concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it by email at info@districtbagel.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos if applicable, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us investigate and offer a fair resolution.
4. Returns & Kashrut
Due to health, safety and kashrut regulations, we do not accept returns on any food products
once they have been delivered or picked up.
However, if you are unsatisfied or believe something was not up to our usual standards, please
let us know within 24 hours.
All District Bagel products are prepared in a strictly kosher and Cholov Yisroel facility, under
reliable rabbinical supervision. Proof of certification is displayed in-store and available upon
request.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, menus, designs, and images, is the property of
District Bagel and may not be copied, shared, or used without our written permission.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access systems unlawfully, or interfere with its
functionality in any way.
